Structures have been put into place to aid in the development of Roller Hockey In England:

• Administration
• Coaching

This structure helps cut down the amount of "Paperwork" dealt with by the Coaching staff so they can commit more time to development.

The idea behind this structure is to help the smooth running of the development squads and to aid the coaches concentrate on their players.
